As expected, Strasburg and Ackley are still unsigned; with the deadline swiftly approaching (it's Monday), some huge deals are likely to go down over the weekend. In fact, quite a few kids are looking for some major moolah:

Oh noes, the farm system is hurt! This morning I awoke to the unpleasant news that Jeff Natale had been hit in the arm with a pitch and that his arm was now broken and that Portland's epic hero Jay Johnson might have torn his Achilles tendon. I was reminded to do the Pac-10 update of the week when I was watching ESPN last night.
